  I absolutely love this Store! I make sure to check it out several times every time we are blessed enough to come to Kauai. I wish I could furnish my home with all their beautiful furniture! We visited in June & my husband bought a few bamboo t-shirts. Some bamboo hooks caught my eye, but I foolishly did not get them. When we got back home we had just finished renovating our bathroom & guess what? We needed some cool tropical towel hooks! I called my favorite store in Kapa'a, Bamboo Works, & I described the hooks to Dave.....he sent me a picture of them to confirm.....our transaction was completed.....and 1 week later we have 4 amazing handcrafted bamboo towel hooks completing our island bathroom! They look great! And they come from our favorite island, Kauai! Thank you, Dave, for your friendly & prompt service. I can't wait to visit you again! Many Mahalos. Peace.

  Was set to buy a pair of sunglasses for my son and was treated very rudely by the blonde sales person that we walked out with nothing. Very disappointed with the service
